Pathetic company

Wow.. what can I say... I am currently sitting without fibre for more than 24 hours because they don't want to respond to my query, which Supersonic sent last night already. The last time this happened, about a year ago, was because they disconnected my house and connected my neighbour. It seems like they did the same thing again as they were working here last week. I just can't understand how people can be that ***********!!! I am so tired of Vumatel and their incompetence.
