Pathetic & Awful Service !!!

I wrote a review on 23/04/21 with regards to Vumatel's poor customer service, they respond to my complain on Hello Peter & a lady gave me a call & assured me that someone will give me a call the same day for an installation date. But up until now nobody has given me a call & once again Vumatel are ignoring my messages I send them via e-mail & their FB page. Really pathetic & awful service from Vumatel once again, they will only respond to your complain if its on Hello Peter
