Pathetic and worse service ever

Vumatel you decided to cancel my services whereas I still had 10 days remaining. I was contacted and told that it was escalated since the 18 of september and today is the 30 of september no update vumatel don't value their customers. I want my 10 days back and compensation on the data I bought.
