PATHETIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM VUMATEL

I am deeply disappointed with the provided by Vumatel. Since March 18 I have been without internet access despite all my efforts to resolve the issue.Their promised resolution time of 6-8 days is simply unacceptable.It is frustrating to be left into the dark without any clear communication or progress towards a resolution. I expect better service and accountability from Vumatel
