Pathetic and unprofessional company

One of the worst companies to deal with, unfortunately they don't have any competion in the area and have us at their mercy. The fibre line are constantly down,they do not communicate, they don't provide and feedback or updates and worst of all when you call them the call center agents sound like they haven't even complete grade 2. They are unprofessional, they can construct complete sentences and I'm 100% certain they don't have a clue what they doing
