Pathetic and disgusting service

Most pathetic and *********** service provider for Eldorado Park. We been logging tickets for 1 month and still no resolution. They assure you that the issue has been sorted but never is. The call center staff rude and no phone ethic. I really regret ever using their services but unfortunately they are the service provider for our area. Technicians are clueless in fault finding and troubleshooting and they are quick to suspend services if no payment. Very disgusted at their service and wont recommend them to anyone. As I'm typing this we are disconnected and have to Hotspot from our phones as we are working remotely.
