Pathetic

Bad service, from a manager at vumatel- but I think these premise clearance issues are only going to be addressed first thing next week. I'm battling to get any help prioritisation from the team, as I think the majority of them are out of office ATM. They want you to buy there product but they dont have staff to do a simple clearance issue.
