Pathetic

Pathetic to say the very least. Network down since Saturday afternoon. Query was logged through our ISP. This morning we phoned Vumatel. Person that answered the call was not aware of any problem in the area and rudely suggested that we check on the website. Website indicated the area outage and that it was deferred from yesterday to today. Status updated at 10am to say repairs in progress. We still have no internet, status was never further updated on the website. The contact number found on google for 24/7 support does not work and the app is useless. This morning there were 22 outages logged. By this evening there are still 21 that remains. Seems Vumatel waits until office hours to assist their customers
