Pathetic

Don't you guys want to just shut down maybe?! Every month or weekly I need to calling, writing complaints cause of the service you provide. Vox says the issue is on your end. I'm getting an error 651 and it's not the 1st time. The last time this happened (month ago), you promised to send someone to check why my line has constant issues but you no one ever came. And guess what? I have the same damn issue again. When will this be sorted?
