Pathetic

Vumatel is the most pathetic and unreliable service provider that I’ve ever used.

Unfortunately my service provider, Cool Ideas, which service is excellent, must rely on you because they use your infrastructure in our Estate. I’m without fibre now for 3 days.

When can you sort this out ? and please send your guys before 15h30 in the afternoon. Our security doesn’t give excess to our fibre cables after 4 because of security reasons.
