Pathetic
I have still not been helped and my WiFi is still down. This is going on the 4th week. Today I am trying to cancel my contract and no one is bothered to even assist me. I am not going to be paying April month. I want nothing more to do with Vumtel and their breech of contract.
Someone who actually wants to work better contact me today still before I take this further legally. The time frame provided by Vumtel is 3 days to sort my problem out. Not 4 weeks . This is beyond ****************.

Thanks for taking our call.
As per our telephone conversation, you were advised that in order for the line to work, a reinstallation needs to be done and you refused to pay for that reinstallation and have since requested your ISP to cancel the line.
