Pathethic & Useless - 0% Customer Service!

****piest service ever! Waiting for 2 weeks just to have a line installation. An agent called to make an appontment, the call cut within the first few seconds and did not even have the decency to call back! I loaded a R120 airtime and sat over 23mins. I was call ler number 1 for five times and my call kept going back to caller number 3 or 4. Do not do any business with Vumatel. Their customer service is pathetic and it shows that they do not have you at their best interest. 2 weeks and Still waiting. Afrihost should cancel their contract with Vumatel. They leave a bitter taste in ones mouth! Never again!
