Please everyone stay away from this useless people who ignore your problems and who lie and give empty promises !!!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. PATHETIC. EMAILS IGNORED,ON FACEBOOK IGNORED,CALLS IGNORED. DO NOT WASTE AIRTIME AND TIME ON THIS PEOPLE

Are you serious? After u gave me call yesterday and told me to switch my router off for 15 min and u will give a call to when switch it back on YOU NEVER CALLED ME BACK,AND YOU MADE MY INTERNET EVEN WORST !!!!!!!! FIX MY INTERNET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SEND TECHNICIAN TO MY HOUSE!!!?!?!?!?!?!??!!? HE WAS SUPPOSE TO COME ON MONDAY ALREADY AND NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! NOW YOU MADE MY INTERNET EVEN WORST SINCE YESTERDAY CALL !!! FIX MY INTERNET I AM GIVING YOU LAST WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please give a call again,as issue is still not resolved and technician didn't come once again.ditched me 2 times in a week and wasted my time. Mweb told me that Vumatel said there is no issue on their side yet my fiber router is still flashing red light and my internet keeps breaking every 30 min
