Pathethic Service
Vumatel has been giving me the run around, I've been waiting for them to either call or get back to me regarding my Fibre installation as well as my network issue.
I have spoken to different agents all giving different information regarding the same matter!!!

03 Jun 2021, 14:43The poor service continues received a call from Vumatel agent name: Simphiwe called from 0118****60. While explaining my case for the 4th time today agent put me on mute spoke to a colleague and than eventually dropped the call!!!!!!
