Panther service and poor service provider

Vuma from the service to the agents at JHB Customer service absolutely **** I have no words to describe the type of service you provide if your company is aligned with the fais act then the employees clearly don't understand it because they clearly don't know TCF and CPA I'm a new customer not even a month now and this is my 2nd compliant here that's how poor the service , I feel as is I'm dealing with a *****ster company I have made payment on the 2 of November and my line is still not active uptil todate
