Paid Vuma Fiber R399 even today still waiting for the Fiber

On the 20 of January 2024 the was a consultant by the Name of Mnikazi from Vuma Fiber going around in our area promoting Vuma Fiber and told me the promotion is valid for 7 working days. On the 23rd of January 2024 I made a payment of R399 Fibre and Mnikazi told me that an installer will contact me to come and install it. However today is the 07 of February I'm still waiting for the installation and when I call the consultant he is no longer answering my calls. When I call the call center no one is willing to assist me. All I want is my R399 back.
