Paid for WiFi, Got Nothing But Excuses

Vumatel is the worst! I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Vumatel. I paid for their WiFi installation on Friday, and no installation in sight.

The customer service has been abysmal. My agent has been avoiding my calls, and I've been left with no update on when the installation will take place.

It's starting to feel like a ****. I've paid for a service that I haven't received, and the company seems to be ignoring me.

Their lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable.
