Paid for Wifi and it did not work for 6 months now
Am Vusimuzi Mbuli staying at Freedom Park I really need your intervention with the company called VumaTel because ever since May 14th I paid for their service of which they needed to provide me with Wifi but that did not materialize and I have been taken back and forth with the matter up until today they have not helped me now I would like to get my refund or they should provide with the wi-fi they promised me

29 Oct 2025, 17:32How come you can not help me cause I have been calling Vodacom and now I think you guys are taking my matter lightly firstly I do not know what is ISP now you saying you do not do billing I said it is either my money or they come fix the issue why don't you contact them it has been six months now am still not getting my answers what else should I do for this matter to get fixed please provide me with something tangible
