This is worse service I ever received, mind you am the since 14 Dec 2024 I have paid for service it hasn't been activated until today and worse their agentshas attitude whenever you call they tell about 24/48 but it's longer due that you never with him or her you wait ..whenever am calling they told we aware of your problem wait another 24/48 and drop the call ,worse on chats after requesting details they left me hanging ryt now can't work buying data everyday we can't watch TV...plesse interven

So the money I paid on the 14th it's for what guys bcos was told by sales that will be installed by 18 Dec until today mouthing no update
