Paid for service and service not provided
I have paid for services that I cannot make use of. I have asked for help from your robot whatsapp and twice I have been told the live agents will call me and I am still waiting. I need to work and I am stuck. No contact number to call - what kind of service is this

24 Mar 2025, 11:19You have given me this feedback over and over again. Even after your Whatsapp people asked for Proof of Payment I sent it and they confirmed they will escalate the information. What do you mean it is not reflecting. I used your EasyPay number and services should have been restored same time. I am furious. Don't send me to Fly.Cool. I subscribed with VUMA - they are your chosen whatever - you deal with this. You clearly do not give a hell about us as consumers
