Paid for installation 6 months ago and nothing has been installed.

I paid Vumatel to do a Cell-C fibre installation on 2 February 2021 it is now 10 August 2021 and nothing has been installed up to this point. I contacted Cell-C numerus times and every time I am told that they will call me back and they never do.
