Paid and Ignored – No Calls, No Feedback

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I made payment last week and was assured that I would be contacted, however to date I have received no communication whatsoever.

I have made several attempts to reach out, including calls that go unanswered, and this has been incredibly frustrating. At this point, I regret proceeding without first reviewing feedback about your service.

This level of service is unacceptable.
