OVERDUE REFUND FROM VUMATEL
I would not advice anyone to sign up and pay upfront for a fiber with Vumatel their service is pathetic and they are sending me from pillar to post and they asking me to call the SPN that they chose for me which is Afrihost, when I try to contact Afrihost does not pick any information under my name,and the lady that was assisting me via whatsapp is not assisting me at all, now that she is sorted and earned her commission.I don't want anything to do with Vumatel anymore I just need my refund.
