Our whole street was affected by a Loss of signal apparently caused by a gunshot. We had Vuma technicians who worked so hard and tirelessly to resolve our issue. The dedication I saw in that team assigned was really out of this world. They went over and above because the hours that were put in were way longer than their expected working hours.
