Our internet was down for 3 days, after trying for numerous hours trying to get hold of Mweb, no success, and alot of frustration on my side.... I was given a number to contact Vumatel, well what a pleasure, excellent service, fast and absolutely NO HASSLE, Vumatel turn around time was exceptional, and I have already recommended them on FB this morning. Their number is saved iny phone, if ever there is a next time. Mweb should get some hints or knowledge on how Vumatel do customer satisfaction, because Mweb is useless, in trying to get through to them..... Well done Vumatel, you have gained a very happy customer, keep up the exceptional work, from all your departments.
