Orginized and effeciant!

Vuma seems a bit more expensive than other fibre providers, but from my recent experience, this is justified! Mere minutes after paying the ISP for the Vuma installation... I get a call from Vumatel and everything is installed and ready the very next business day. The guys from Nano (contractors) were also very nice and did a very neat job!

Nano did not comply with Vuma's paving policy however, 5 meters of digging up paving and later repaving is suppose to be included where Nano wanted to charge for just a meter's worth... but an alternative route for the cable solved this issue... so not the end of the world.
