ordered fibre through AFRIHOST. VUMATEL emailed me for today 1130. didn't pitch. nobody gives a damn

it seems that Vumatel and Afrihost dont give a **** about their customers. i ordered fibre line many weeks ago. they made an appointment today for 1130am. didn't pitch. after emailing twice they didn't even bother to respond in the end. Clearly a bunch of useless people that dont give a damn about their customers or their business. don't deserve to be in business.
