Order placed but no activation

I have been waiting 3 weeks to get connected with Vumatel. Between RSA Web and Buzy Buy, they cant get these okes up to cancel the existing line and activate my new one. My ISP advised that line cancelations can take between 2 to 3 days, but not for Vumatel aparently. Its extremely frustrating that Vumatel are the only ones with infrastructure in the area.
