Only Vuma in overcharging clients

Vumatel massive costs for mediocre service

They expect their current clients to pay higher prices so they can do massive expansions and at the same time they even try and claim that they are doing their clients a favour for doing so. I never thought I would ever consider taking a telkom service ever again but you can get more than double the line speed through Openserve (double theirs on download and 10 times on upload) for R30 extra per month Or same download and 10 times upload for R150 less per month So R1800 a year to spend on other beter things while you get n faster connection

Vuma should get a little VUMA in improving their charges Or their clients will get Vuma in leaving them

And it is allot harder to get a client who is unhappy back than getting new ones

Let the Churn happen

" Our strategy and goal are to roll out and connect as many South Africans as possible, as quickly as possible, to meet needs where connectivity has become critical. This, while other FNOs might have not rolled out as many homes. Building sustainable infrastructure and a future-proofed network requires significant investment. The 10/10 and 20/20 packages offer a significantly better connectivity experience. Please note that retail prices, the cost to the end-user, are set by the ISP. "

So what you are saying is that it is Ok to have high prices while you are expanding your business

And yes the prices is set by the ISP but only after you have set your prices that they have to pay
And you also got rid of your call centres making it the ISP's problem
So more money into your pocket

So truly explains why people that have a choice is looking at leaving you
