Only sign up if you enjoy never having internet or service

It’s a shame that Vumatel is like a monopoly in SA so you are forced to take fibre with them. I signed up on the 24th of July. As of the review (10 August, I have had 3 days of internet. 3 days from 16 days!! There is never any resolution in sight as technicians and staff don’t know what they are doing. The issue goes from cables, to boxes, to routers to maintenance. They can’t get their story straight and cannot fix anything either!
