Ongoing WiFi Issues – Request for Resolution
Whenever I enquire about my WiFi connection, the WhatsApp chatbot keeps advising me to restart the router or switch it off for 30 minutes. I have already done this multiple times without any improvement.
I also spoke to a consultant who suggested that I get an extender, but this was never an issue before, and my house is not that large.
I am experiencing consistently poor internet connection and would like assistance in resolving this issue. If necessary, I would appreciate being moved to a better or more stable line.
