I am writing this review to express my profound frustration with the persistent internet connectivity problems I've endured as a Cool Ideas customer for the past six months. These issues have compelled me to share my experience with fellow consumers.

In summary:

Despite lodging numerous complaints, my internet connectivity problems remain unaddressed. Cool Ideas' responses have been consistently disappointing, offering only generic apologies and vague assurances without delivering real solutions. The situation is further aggravated by the fact that Vuma is the exclusive backbone fiber provider in our area, leaving us with no alternative for internet service. Regrettably, I've reached a point where I've ceased reporting shorter outages as I find their empty apologies to be patronizing.

Unless my concerns are resolved within a reasonable timeframe, I may be left with no choice but to explore alternative options, including taking this issue to various social media platforms and news/media outlets.

My foremost objective is straightforward: to receive the reliable internet connection that I'm paying for. I've made numerous attempts to communicate with Cool Ideas, only to be met with ongoing frustration and disappointment. Even shorter outages, which I've chosen to endure in silence due to the lack of effective responses, continue to disrupt my daily life.

I am posting this review with the sincere hope that Cool Ideas takes immediate and effective action to address this persistent issue.
