Ongoing Fibre Connectivity Issue and Lack of Assistance

We’re having a problem with our fibre. We woke up yesterday morning with no internet connection. I tried calling Vumatel directly, but the guy I spoke to said it could be a network issue and then gave me the SADV number, so he couldn’t assist me any further.
