Old ISP active on our line - No support from Vumatel

We moved into a new home and have been trying to get our wifi active since December 2023. According to AfriHost there is an active ISP on our line and Vumatel has to deactivate it before we can activate our ISP. We have been communicating with them since 2023 and nothing has been done. Vumatel does not respond to any phone calls or emails and just tells Afrihost to tell us to wait until the 31st of January. We work from home so this is an incredible inconvenience and they couldn't care less.
