Offline service

My services have been offline for almost two days now … My service provider is Home Connect and no one has communicated anything with me regarding this and my services are fully paid . I have a daughter who’s relying on the wiifi for home schooling and my business is also affected . The reference., ISP-837525. I was provided but since then no one has came back to me nor called .
