Offline for 6 days and no one knows what's happening

Our wifi is down and its been 6 day now. Vumatel doesn't know what happening. The SADV network not answering our queries. It's like a dead end and we have paid for the services. The Vuma consultants are giving us an attitude as if they are doing us a favor. Yho, this is so fustrating. Their service is really bad.
