Now you see them, now you don't.

Unfortunately after the initial very good experience when they laid the fiber, lifted my driveway and relaid it, the experience has gone south ever since. They placed the fiber box outside my property in the wrong place then cut out the tar to re position it, then decided not to use the new position and have since never returned to repair that hole despite many calls and tickets logged. There is always and excuse. Last was that I apparently said I was going to do the tarring myself ...... really. This has gone beyond a joke
