Nothing but regrets here

I have a fibre line with Afrihost and any issues I have get addressed timeously. But the mess I am in with the line that I have directly with Vuma Reach is unbearable. From installation to connectivity to wrong payment dates to no one to contact when needing help. I honestly regret getting Fibre. Right now I am sitting without an internet connection and just have to wait till whomever wherever decides to sort it out
