Not willing to assist
Mweb customer that's not getting assistance from Mweb/Vumatel to repair a fibre line that was damaged due to initial installation that was done improperly.
Of course it can be resolved without any issues if I pay.

24 May 2021, 07:26Vumatel made contact and within a day redid the original installation. Took care of their client even when our ISP (MWEB) wasnt willing to lift a finger.
