Not so happy customer

I'm very happy with the internet of Vuma, but last month I tried to rerun my debit order and the bot on whatsapp said it was done, but my internet is being cut tonight, and I know when it goes off on debit order it lasts the whole month, only when you do easy pay is when the Fibre Network only lasts 28 days, so can you please tell me, why wasn't my debit order rerun if I clearly have asked for it, now this is causing an inconvenience for me because it's going to expire tonight.
