Not satisfied with the service!!!!!

I made a payment on the 25th of April, but I still haven't been assisted with installation, to date. I wrote a review and some Zoleka lady called me and promised that I would be assisted this was last week and still no help, I also received a call on Friday and was informed that people would be coming to install on Saturday no one came, this place is a joke. at this point, I think a refund will do because what is this, such horrible service and I haven't even started using their connection.
