NOT RELIABLE AND TRUST WORTHY AT ALL

I am unable to contact Vumatel or Fly.cool. What type of business is not contactable? Vumatel is our area Infrastucture Service provider linked to Fly.cool. We cancelled last month without any success. I was without internet for 3WEEKS! i had to reactivate with Fly.cool because between them and VUMATEL , someone didnt adhere to the customers request!

PLEASE HELP URGENTLY! ANYONE PLEASE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
