Not released line after Axxess sent the request.
I am a fibre resller for Axxess and my client cancelled his axxess line at the end of last month already. Axxess has showed me proof that they sent a request at the end of last month already to ha e the line released as axxess has done there part but the line still shows bot released????
The client cannot move over to Afrihost as axxess says that Vumatels system is not showing that the line was released??????

But uour system still shows Afrihost that bit is conne Ted to a different service still. I also have proof from Axxess that they escalated this 4 ti.es to you and you have done nothing to resolve it
