Not paying for downtime because you are greedy. Fix my line.

This company told me of an outage. The outage has been resolved and my line is still down. They closed my ticket because I refused to pay Hypa. How do I pay for internet that does not work? They refuse to pay for the downtime and they expect me to pay for a red LOS light for them to send a technician. The line has been down since 30/07/2026.
