Not happy at all.

I have been now waiting for contact on the status of my order. I follow up with these people everyday to only get the same generic reply of "We will revert soon." And there is nothing from them until I yet again have to follow up. I am in need of the connection because the house is already set up with their fibre. I will have to try out out a different fibre provide.
