Not happy about the service at all

I'm not happy at all with vuma today morning my internet just stopped , we couldn't connect , tried to find help from vuma but O didn't get response till now. Its weekend there's a lot I need to do and my kids r home need to use the wi-fi but we not getting any help.

I tried to use different phones.with the hope of I will get the response but nothing. Im so disappointed honetly I regret using Vuma honestly cos now its only me not connected cos I even went to my neighbors but mine its not working.
