Not getting what I paid for from Vumatel
Good day, I am dissapointed that I paid my subscription for vumatel unlimited network but it has been 6 days without any connection, and I can't get help I've been sent from pilar to post yet come month end they will want to take my money again, plesae help since I need the internet.

07 Nov 2025, 05:47I have been doing all the processes but still i can't connect. I am currently using mobile data yet i paid for WIFI.What i get is the message that is connected without internet. Can you please see to it that i get Connected as i have paid for WIFI not excuses.
