NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY

So this is how Vumatel works... firstly we The Public have made Vumatel so busy they now have to sub work out to a 2nd party PPI PPI Group and then they get too busy and sub it out to a 3rd party being " a guy with a bakkie" and after 3 weeks this is what the very very long cable they ran from the fibre box .. and nailed it to the wall with those post office type cable holders.... What a mess!.... and of course when I try to contact anyone to report this.. no answer to emails and watsap.. .. And the "guy with his bakkie" answers my watsap saying he has notified "them" ... about it....(his shabby work).... It's like a circus.. and we settle for this!!
