Not able to get hold of vumatel

I'm trying to get hold of vumatel. And this to update my card details. My email came back as this domain does not exist. Emailed payfast I need to get hold of merchant. Emailed afrihost I need to contact domain owner. *** does all this mean. I just want to update my card details as I see on my bank state it shows as a card transaction and not a debit order.
