Not a valued customer if you're on VumaReach

Your technicians were very fast I coming to install a second line at my home but when they mess up my first line nobody seems to bother to even send a technician nor give a mere phone call to try and troubleshoot remotely. Vumatel is pathetic, if I lived in an affluent area I bet you guys would've been here in less than 10 minutes but because I'm on VumaReach nobody seems to care but you're quick to debit my account...nobody cares about the struggling person
